Tips for rig upgrades?

Hello!

I am thinking of ugrading my current computer, that i bought about a year ago.

I use it mainly for gaming, (BF4,FSX,COD,...)

As it is beginning to be a pretty outdated system i was wondering if anyone have any suggestions on what to upgrade and what to upgrade to. I was thinking probably motherboard+cpu, and another case. But i have no idea what to get insted..

Current system is attached as picture.

That 2700K is still a very capable processor. I think Slick has one, or maybe it's a 2600K. 

 

Maybe an R9 290(Tri-X or Windforce) for an upgrade?

Not outdated its still good, only upgrade you need is when R9 300 Series or GTX 800 Series come out thats it, the CPU/Mobo are fine maybe get 2 more monitors for for a triple monitor setup

That system still has plenty of grunt, who cares if it's supposedly outdated if it still performs well.

get a better Mobo (Z77 so you can OC) and a new GPU (I'd personally wait for R-300), or get a new mobo (z77), a new PSU, and find some used 670 so you can SLI :D

 

That CPU still rocks, and it doesn't need changing :D
