Problem with Arma 3?

I was recently trying to play Arma 3 but was stopped with very poor performance. I have a GTX770 and an FX-8350. Before you say "it's because of your CPU" while I do agree, there has to be something that I'm not doing right because multiple people with either the same CPU or a 6350 are getting just as good of performance as people with Intel CPUs. For example, in this video:

They are getting pretty decent frames and even have a worse GPU than me. I've turned off all power saving options, in the BIOS and the default mode that Windows is on, I've unparked my CPU, pretty much everything. In this video here you can see me change my settings and the effects of it:

What am I doing wrong? Yes, VSync is turned off. Please let me know.

It's probably a combination of a poor internet connection and your HDD

What? Internet has nothing to do with FPS performance. And my HDD is very good.

I guess you aren't experienced in ARMA then
