It does powers on, and all the stuff start running... but for some reason the boot screen than leads you to the bios and all doesn't shows... and "COM" is something that my motherboard has next to the panel where you connect the very small 1 pin connectors and such.

My specs :

-Gigabyte g1. sniper motherboard

-Intel core i5 4670k

-kingston hiperx 8gb memory

-EVGA GTX 780

-1TB Western Digital

-Corsair CX series 750watt

-Windows 8.1 64bit

Pretty sure COM is some old printer thing

So when you press F2 to go into the BIOS it doesn't show or?

Try running on onboard graphics.

Harry, do you mean like connecting the hdmi to the motherboard? I tried it, and it didn't showed up.

I have the keyboard razor blackwidow 2014, and for some reason it doesn't recognises it, and I even tried the keyboard in another computer to check if it works, and it does . so am not sure how I will hit F12

Did you try re-seating the RAM? That can happen.

I just did it, and it didn't work. What else could I try?

Do you have and spares to test things with?

Mechanical keyboards often have compatibilty issues with the bios--such that they often can't be used.

For example, my cooler master quickfire rapid doesn't work until windows boots up. Certain higher end mech keyboards have a multi switch compatibility switch I the back to increase bios compatibility.

But anyway....firs things first, find yourself another keyboard while you set things up.

They used to require software to work...I'm not sure about now though... Plug it into your other computer while it's off and try to get into the bios when you start it up.

Wait, isn't it Bluetooth? Or is it really old?

/if it's Bluetooth there's zero chance of it working.
