Mouse and Keyboard input Stuttering

So I was playing Watch Dogs multi-player yesterday and all of a sudden my controls started stuttering. When in a car I would press 'A' to turn left but then when I went to turn right it would keep turning left for a few more seconds until finally turning left. As well, while playing Titanfall my controls lock up and after I press 'W' to go forwards it will keep me moving forwards even if I take my hands off of the keyboard and mouse. Anybody know what might be happening? Specs are in my signature.

How is your internet connection? ISP, Download and upload speed?

In my experience with slow internet where i used to live, when the ping would get all the way to 300ms it would end up with huge over-moves exactly like you were describing.

In my experience with slow internet where i used to live, when the ping would get all the way to 300ms it would end up with huge over-moves exactly like you were describing.

I usually get 50Mbps down but lately my internet has been slowing down.
