I spend more than 6 HOURS on my PC: playing games, chating, having fun...

And after that i go out, but the problem is i'm having horrible headaches, my eyes hurt so badly!..

I don't drink too much, when im out!.

So is there any glasses for Protection from my monitor?

I JUST CAN'T STAY AWAY FROM MY PC!

Gunnars should do the trick. You can even get them with prescribed lenses.

Make sure the room is well lit. Turn down the brightness on the monitor too. Take regular breaks.

Some people get eye strain easier than others. I personally spend at least 6 hours every day on my computer with three monitors, most of the time without lights on and I only get sore eyes when they're all on a white screen for a few hours.

instead of spending money on Gunner Glasses try out the program F.lux. It does the same thing essentially as gunners.

What does that program do?. and is it free?

It changes the brightness and contrast of your monitor depending on what time it is. It's helped me quite a lot with eye strain.

Quick and free install

I'd recommend to try F.lux first and see how that does, it didn't work for me, but when I borrowed my friends gunnars they worked for me..

I have installed it!. Let's see how it works.

Don't be surprised if your screen becomes very yellow. It's a bit jarring at first but after a while you won't notice it :)
