Hey everyone here's where i'm upto with my Pc build a quick list of the specs

MSI Z77 Mpower motherboard

i7 2600k

6GB Mushkin DDR3 Blackline

GTX 660ti Gpu

XFX 850W Modular PSU

120GB OCZ vertex3

1TB Samsung HDD

EK universal waterblock for GPU

Aqua Kryos CPU waterblock

As you can see from the pictures it's a custom case i've made it's all copper and has no radiators or fans just an xspc resevior and a pump so only one moving part so very quiet the case just acts a large passive cooler.

Still loads of work to do on it lots of tidying up including getting it resprayed after bashing it around abit bleeding it!!  i'm currently building a custom HDD carrier and going to do something with the power supply and some kind of trunking for cableing not got all the ideas yet ha ha.

Just wanted to get the first pictures of it running on here and will welcome any suggestions.

It's just come off a 4 hour Prime 95 large FFT run overclocked at a modist 4.2 GHZ and never got above 60C.

I've also just uploaded a quick video of it to youtube it's here

Hello to all Scott

This is just genius :)

Ha ha cheers Teddybear the final version once i've finished all the fabricating and rough handling will have the top half enclosed with glass with the tube holes bored out so the top at least will be dust free :)

Won't the VRMs and on board components get a bit too hot without at least one fan moving the air in the case (since you're going to be closing it and overclocking)?

Maybe again will benchmark and see how it goes maybe allow an filtered air supply through want to stay away from fans if possible but will see :)

Nice one! :)

I had a similar idea once, but it turned out that the case would have needed to be

much to big (copper ==> very expensive, as you probably know) for the cooling performance

I required, so I scrapped the idea.

Maybe some day I'll actually do it for an HTPC or something like that, but probably not in

the next couple of years. ;)
