Does the same thing happen in safe mode?

I got it already thanks thou, i just needed to change some BIOS boot orders

Hello! 

So i have my OS on my SSD and some programs on there along with some programs on my HDD's...

 

Since yesterday, everytime i load into windows (first start up and ever start up after it) it loads into the OS fast, but then 

 

it takes forever to load some of the applications that are vital to my system. Also when i click the desktop when this is all

 

happening i get the loading mouse sign thing and i have to either wait (a couple mins) or crtl+alt+del and hit task manage and it starts to work normally.

 

What's wrong?

 

I have defragged my drives and my SSD's trimmed.
