I was wondering if there was any way to turn on the windows security center service automatically, right now i have to turn it on everytime i reboot my compter.

Please see attached photo for reference

It should stay active by itself. But I would just enable firewall and disable antivir and get own antivir. Then just disable notifications so you don't get message on every boot.
