New Mobo Help

I'm planning to upgrade my rig with a new mobo and CPU and there are two things i want to know. 

 

1. Is this even compatible, switching over to and i don't know much about them.

 

2. is there any thing better for around this price, the max im going to spend is about 150$ and it needs dual sli support

Nope, please don't put that CPU on that board. It may be fine, but those chips are advised to be installed onto higher end 990FX motherboards.

 

Additionally, the FX 9370 is a useless CPU for it's cost and performance. Get an i5 4690K + MSI Z97 G45 or FX 8350 + Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
