920 i7 Overclock, Advice.

Hey guys,

I have i7 920 still and i really want to over clock, first is it possible and what do i need to achieve this?

Some Spec:

-Win 7 Pro
-I7 920
-680 GTX
-Corsair 1600Mhz DDR3
-Evga Sli LE Motherboard
-X58 Chipset

X58 is the most complicated platform to overclock ever. i would recommend you read a guide :D

At 3,8ghz mine reaches 70c under load, with a Noctua NH-U12P. There are cheaper heatsinks that will do a similarly good job but if you don't mind paying a bit more for some silence, then the NH-U12P or the newer NH-U12S, would be a good choice.
