Motherboard+CPU

Hi guys,

i was initially planning on buying the i7 4770k and z87 sabertooth but then the z97 stuff came out and i wanted to future proof my system.

So i decided to go with the i7 4790k but still unable to decided on the motherboard. Since i was going for the z87 sabertooth i just swithced to the z97 sabertooth mark 1 (dust is an issue so i would prefer if the motherboard had armor just to help reduce it). But it is kinda pricy so i was looking at other models as well. I would prefer to get ASUS motherboards as i have good experience using them .

Also on rams should i go for G.Skill or Corsair ? i was kinda leaning towards the Corsair Titanium edition as it has the new lighting kit .

any suggestions from you guys is much appreciated.

For the motherboard if the sabertooth is too pricey, you could get the ASUS ROG Ranger, it is a lot cheaper but still has brilliant features. As for ram, go for which one is cheaper or has the looks you want, in this case the corsair one.
