How do I use XFast RAM efficiently?

I don't know much about RAM, but I have a utility that came with my other motherboard software, which is Asrock A-tuning, and it has an XFast RAM section. 

I thought it was just to overclock my RAM or something, but now I have no idea what to do with all these options.

 

RAM specs:

 

2x4GB A-data 1333 MHz CL9, running in dual-channel mode.

I would leave your ram be, it isn't worth the pain of overclocking it for the very very minimal performance boost that will be almost unnoticable.

XFast Ram has nothing to do with Overclocking your memory, it has to do with creating a Ram Drive for super fast storage.
