Supposedly ESO has some of the best blacksmithing crafting ever.

TERA for soloing. The control you have over movement and attacks makes it much more realistic to solo. You don't have to have high stats to be able to take on BAMs, you need to dodge them.

The patcher is buggy as hell, but the game is very good. The only thing you can't really do on your own is dungeons. There's so many enemies at once in them, you need a party. Soloing BAMs is fun though, you have to learn their movements and what they'll do just before they attack. 

 

PS. If you plan on soloing, either slayer or warrior are your best bet. You need to be quick and agile, rather than trying to tank BAMs, it won't end well .

Who plays an MMO just for a profession though
