For that kind of budget I really suggest going with an Intel CPU, such as an I7.

You'll also need reference 780Ti's if you plan on using those G10 coolers.

I agree, if you're spending that much you might as well go Intel. They're faster.

Your storage set up confuses me as well. I assume you're going to RAID the first two SSD's but why have the third one?

I believe it's better to get 2 8gb sticks as apposed to 4 4gb.

You don't need to buy thermal paste.

Oh, yeah. Maybe he wants to be really efficient at typing and I'm assuming the cpu coolers are for the gpus.

Doesn't really matter they're basically all the same. Especially if you're going to overclock it anyway.

What would a reference GPU be, I'm comfused..

Just the basic cooler that came with it before the manufacturers made their own cooling solutions.

When you look at the descriptions it'll usually say reference design.
