Computer Science Major, Laptop for the Fall.

Rapple

I need help deciding on a laptop while I'm attending university. Im renting a house so I will have my tower gaming rig at home. I need a laptop that is portable and is powerful enough to run World of Warcraft atreasonable setting and a reasonable frame rate. I also want low weight, thin, a battery that will last the day, and something that can handle photoshop, compiling, and maybe a little bit of 3D rendering. I also want to dual boot it with a Linux distro.

Specs I would like,

About 8gb RAM

SSD >= 256gb

Around 14 inch screen

Back lit keyboard (preferably)

IPS panel would also be great.

Prefer Haswell

Budget, $2000 (would prefer less)

I was originally going to buy the Razer Blade 2014 but after some consideration I didn't feel the need to spend that much money.

Please leave some suggestions of possible laptops.
