Hey when i built my system i never got a wireless card because i never assumed i would need one, well i have to move now. The place i'm moving to really has nothing for internet so I'm probably just going to be using a verizon 4g hotspot or something similar from another company. I need a wireless card but i don't know much about them, anyone willing to help? If it matters i mostly just play LoL, i have no idea if the hotspot connection is going to be decent enough to play, i guess we will see. I'm just looking for what my best options would be, the difference between PCIE and usb adapters etc. Sorry i've tried doing a little research but i'm kinda out of time here.

my recommendation is, dont move there... and no 4g cannot be played on, and tends to have massive data caps and high cost, even more so in the backwater US

I disagree, battlefield 4 uses about 80mb an hour tops and I have played it on 4g using my phone as a hotspot to see how it was. It was a little slower latency, but for the most part completely playable.

Buy an asus usb wifi adapter, it will be the best one you can get. You'll see no difference than you would with a pcie card, it will be more reliable and function better.

I never had trouble with mine, the funny thing is I had that same problem with my pcie card which lead me to buy the wifi adapter. It ended up working better than the pcie card I bought lol. I have it paired with a $150 asus router though, the asus usb adapters are the best on the market and have the lowest failure rates from the people who have actually used them from what I have learned about them.
