Patriot Fuel+

I'm looking at getting a battery bank for my HTC One and I found the Patriot Fuel+. I only need it to be able to charge my phone once so I was looking at the 3000mAh model. Does anyone have any experience with these? Are they good and reliable?

My rig: i5 2500k, MSI Z77A G45, Gainward GTX 980 Phantom, 8GB Corsair Vengeance, OCZ ZT series 750W PSU, 1TB HDD, 800D, fully water cooled. There top rated one does look very good for a very reasonable price however unfortunately it is out of stock here in the UK and I need within the next week really.
