If it is a micro atx then 350d. Mid tower nzxt phantom 410 or corsair 300r. If it is a full tower nzxt phantom full tower of the Phanteks Entho Pro. Do any of those cases help?

Phanteks Entho Pro or Primo (and Luxe)!  :D

corsair 450D

The 450D is far from silent. Corsair fans are quite loud in general. 

 

Take a look at the Define R4 and Arc Midi R2 if you haven't already.
