Hi,
I'm around LTT YT channel for a while and it made me dream about new computer.
Following recommended Build Plan:

1. Budget & Location
550-650 Euro (if it makes significant change i am able to add 50)
Germany/Europe

2. Aim
This is going to be a base for future upgrade with Graphics card and maybe another display. With this upgrade I would like to be able to play games like Witcher 3. Ultra details etc. are not a target.
Without Graphics I want to play LoL and Witcher 2(if it's possible).
I plan to do some programming and this is probably gonna be my "media center".

I do not plan to overcock,

I do plan to multi OS boot

second drive is storage only

3. Monitors
ATM only one FHD, I am not planning to upgrade with 2k or 4k soon.

4. Peripherals
The only peripheral I have is mouse. OS prise is not included in Build prise.

Well... high speed RAM wont matter much for gaming. And if you plan to upgrade this with a dedicated GPU later on then you better have a 500-600W PSU instead, or else you will have to change the PSU as well.

Between the 2 build I would take the first. Look pretty solid to me except that I will change the 1TB to a 120GB SSD instead.

My rig: Intel Core i7 4790k | MSI Z97 PC Mate | GSKILL Ripjaws X 16GB 1866MHz | ADATA Premier SP550 480GB SSD | Seagate Barracuda 3TB | Seagate Barracuda 2TB  | MSI Gaming X GTX 1070 | Thermaltake Versa N21 | Corsair CX550M Semi Modular PSU | AOC G2460PF 144Hz | Logitech G502 | GSKILL Ripjaws KM780  | GAMDIAS HEPHAESTUS V2  PCPartPicker | Old Build Log | New Build Log

And what about this:

Build 2, with better CPU:
CPU:                 AMD A10-7850K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor     €142.69
Motherboard    Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-DS2 Micro ATX FM2+       €49.89

Memory            Kingston HyperX Grey 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 €68.98
Storage            Seagate 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid                         €74.99
                         Toshiba 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM                                      €93.80
Case                BitFenix Shinobi ATX Mid Tower                                €11.90
Power Supply XFX 450W ATX12V / EPS12V                                   €47.59
Monitor            Hannspree HE225DPB 21.5"                                    €107.89
Keyboard        Gigabyte GK-K7100                                                   €14.48
Total:  €597.32

Is this as powerfull as Build 1(Intel i5-4570)?

What about Power vs Performance?

I think you can get a discreet GPU now in this budget that can fairly play games at 1080p at high setting or ultra with reasonable fps. If you can sacrifice the monitor, you can get a 750Ti and maybe use spare monitor (if you have one), if you don't just buy without the discreet GPU and save up so you can upgrade to a discreet GPU. So here is the parts i got for you bro :D
