I am currently bridging my router's network using a netgear n600 and receiving the signal from my linksys wrt54g. I didn't have a wireless usb thingy since i'm cheap and bought the wrt54g at goodwill for $3 and flashed it with dd-wrt. My friend just gave me netgear n300 wifi usb thingy and i'm wondering if it will be any better? I just don't have any ethernet ports to hook up to if you didn't catch the idea and this is for a desktop so i don't care about what takes less space. :P
