Is this a good cheap as possible gaming pc?

I am thinking of changing the CPU to the 8320/8350 for or even 6300 to make it more cheap

My opinion is to change CPU to 8320 and get a R9 270X

@KPZ211997 I second this. It will get you better gaming performance and a more balanced build overall. As long as power consumption is not an issue...

Is this a good cheap as possible gaming pc?

Not exactly. It's kind of an unbalanced build. You have a really strong CPU with a somewhat weak GPU. For gaming, a strong GPU is more important.

This costs about the same but will perform better:

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor  (£98.70 @ Scan.co.uk)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard  (£63.26 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Patriot Signature 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  (£52.98 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: XFX Radeon R9 270X 2GB Double Dissipation Video Card  (£125.12 @ Scan.co.uk)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case  (£44.99 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  (£36.81 @ Amazon UK)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit)  (£79.27 @ Amazon UK)
Monitor: Asus VE247H 23.6" Monitor  (£119.09 @ Scan.co.uk)

Something like this?

Couple things here...

That motherboard only has a 4+1 power phase VRM design which is not as stable for the FX 8-core CPUs. For the 8320/8350 you want a motherboard with an 8+2 phase VRM design (or better). The Gigabyte 970-UD3P I recommended, has that and costs less than the 990FX board you selected.

The CX430w PSU will probably work ok, but I would go for something a little beefier - especially if you ever decide to upgrade, overclock or add a 2nd GPU.
