"Failed To Download Package Files" [ANSWERED]

WinNut
Go to solution Solved by thebennyboy,

Which version of Ubuntu are you using? Try selecting a different update mirror:

Go into "Ubuntu Software Center"

Then go to Edit -> Software Sources.

On the drop-down select another country / server.

So, lately Ubuntu has been bugging me to install some updates, so I went ahead with it, I put my password in, and then it says "Failed To Download Package Files- Check Internet Connection." My Internet connection is fine (how else would I be posting now?) and this has started recently.

Thanks for any replies!
