Google Chrome issue

So I currently am having a problem with google chrome:

 

When I download music, instead of getting the normal file that I always got (.rar I think) I get a .zip and it has a weird logo:

 

 

 

 

Also, when I click on it to open it I get an error that says: Application Not Found

 

how do i fix this?

these are not the songs, these are most probably spyware, 

and yes if you downloaded them from those sites you are pirating.

Nope, I downloaded them from datpiff and livemixtapes, it is completely legal lmao

Lol nevermind I fixed it. What happened was I was using AVG to get rid some malware or something, and I think while at it AVG deleted winrar for some reason, I just reinstalled it and it worked
