Sooo, I got that problem, I didn't overclock my gpu and my drivers are up to date

Just looks like a game glitch. If it does it in other games then you should worry.

Looks like an ingame bug more than artifacts or anything.

It does something like this in Mafia II. But just more smaller. Oh and that happens often, when I had my old pc it didn't happen
