When i go to start up borderlands 2 it gets to the menu where it give me the option to clock play... it starts to load and it gets the screen with all the characters faces but then my computer will auto restart or blue screen. What should i do i have no clue what the problem is?

Usually I would start trying to diagnose where the problem lies, I'd do a memtest on the RAM, maybe a few benchmarks on the GPU and monitor your temps.

Could also try a prime95 test and check your CPU

 

hmmm, have you monitored your temps while running the game?

 

I'm guessing you also have the latest drivers

The latest 13.5 beta driver from AMD, has been a little buggy. My dads computer uses a 7790, and he had bluescreens everytime he would fire up CS:S. So i would recommend you to run Driversweeper, or an equivalent, to clear out all drivers, and then reinstall the drivers just to se if that helps

Install driver sweeper and use it booted in safe mode to clear your graphics drivers and install the previous drivers after a reboot.

If that fails try relinquishing your overclocks.
