Use Airdroid if you have an android phone. I think is the best way to transfer files.

Hi, does anyone know how can I sync my music/files from my android phone to my computer without plugging it in? just over wifi maybe. I tried dropbox but it wont let me upload from externalsd on my phone, ideas?

I would say give btsync a try.

well i ended up using airdroid as it has a very easy to use ui iin the browser and i can copy through lan, thx for the help :D
