[US] 4th of July Laptop Deals: $750 GTX 850M Gaming Laptop, $605 Core i7 Haswell, $234 Budget Laptop, etc.

Dealzon

Gaming Laptops (14-inch to 17-inch)

The Envy 15 is good spec for the money but its an HP (hah!). Lenovo Y40 is new and slick. Both of these are using a ULV Dual Core Core i7 which has its pros/cons. Kind of weird they're tossing those in a "gaming laptop" but these are thin machines and thermal/power throttling can be an issue.

All below have decent GPUs for a laptop and can play most 2014 titles without an issue. The now "old" Y510p with Dual GT 750M SLI for $870 is also a good deal.

Other Laptop Deals

Envy 15 is again a good price point for a Quad Core i7-4710HQ at $605 with free ship.

There's a bunch of under $500 laptops too (mostly Lenovo)

uhhh... is it kosher to post links to your own site?

Specs: 4790k | Asus Z-97 Pro Wifi | MX100 512GB SSD | NZXT H440 Plastidipped Black | Dark Rock 3 CPU Cooler | MSI 290x Lightning | EVGA 850 G2 | 3x Noctua Industrial NF-F12's

Bought a powermac G5, expect a mod log sometime in 2015

Corsair is overrated, and Anime is ruined by the people who watch it

I'm sure industry affiliates are ok. It's not like they're pretending to be a forum member and trying to convince people to go there.

Its ok in this form, see their website basically finds the deal, you click get deal and it directs you to a retailer.

Thanks for chiming in guys.

Yeah we usually do simple redirect links for game deals (and simply credit Linustechtips for the sales) but each of these laptops have different coupons or rebate - harder to manage that.

I see, sorry for asking a silly question :)
