Raptr DVR game recording help.

So the dvr recording in Raptr is not working for me. (HD7970) The little recording icon shows up and says Im recording but I never actually get a video file.. Its just keeps giving me tmp files like this.

that link doesn't work, are you looking in the right spot? check where the files are saved in your settings

You need to save the recording after it has been stopped.

If you are using the default controls it will be ctrl + /

Ok i changed the default key binds back and it still just give me those tmp files and no video.. Theres  got to be something I'm doing wrong. It says its recording. And gives me these files but no video file.. http://gyazo.com/c51e9dc8fe6ed2e614f2dc2a93145b91

Well I've tried everything I can think of. I even unisntall/reinstall. The recording button shows up in game and starts recording but never gives me video files.. sigh.. Guess its back to dxtory.
