Never mind i just figured it out, I had a wireless keyboard connected and connecting a wired keyboard set me on my way, so happy that this was easily fixed

msi 970a-g46

2x4gb Corsair vengeance 1600hz

Corsair GS700

ASUS hd 7770 directCU

Seagate momentusXT 500gb

Is there anything that is incompatable within this setup am I missing something that I just cant see because right now I don't know what to do it's not posting a bios it just jumps to a black screen with a dash in the top left corner and 99 in the bottom right what does this mean because I have never had this issue before.

Why do you always die right after I fix you?
