So i just built a system a month ago today with a i7-4770k and a 7870ghz. And i could ran any game i had at 60 fps. Mainly bf3. Now my gpu is not hitting 99 load and is dipping and spiking. thus bringing low frame rates making bf3 unplayable. The wierd thing is that skyrim is running fine despite the load issue.SO i have pictures. http://imgur.com/a/wfFUh

i should mention my card was OC'd to 1100 MHz out of the box so OC'ing to 1100 might be good enough if that even is the problem

ahh shit cpu dead af. http://imgur.com/bO4bqNT

Nah, just idling.

A bad case would be when you're gaming and the GPU performance dips and the CPU performance goes higher. With a 4770k this shouldn't be the case either way, but that'd mean your CPU is bottlenecking the GPU.

Again, I highly doubt it.
