Either will be "cheaper" if you actually want any of those games.

Well according to a sapphire r9 270 you need a minimum 500w PSU. But I did run a r9270x dual-x from sapphire on a cx430 and it ran fine. But it was with a 5800k and I noticed a  change in my performance going to a i7-4770k. It ran well with the APU but I ended up getting a 750w PSU since I was under spec for the PSU. The performance was noticeable but if I only gamed I would not have got a I7.

I just do not like going under the minimum spec on the PSU and the whole time I was worried. Maybe I had nothing to worry about but it just bothered me.

I should also say that this is the GPU that I have, I have 2 an no issues at all. It is the Sapphire Dual-x R9 270x and it is 174.99 with AMD silver game gift. (Get 2 free games) really good deal in my honest opinon
