Finally got my new build completed today, after installing Windows and all the updates I decided to let AISuite due an auto tune for me. First setting was 4.8ghz @ 1.39V which immediately made me reset the bios (didn't like the vcore that high) it's second attempt was 4.6ghz @ 1.32v and hits 81* on 100% load. Should I stay with this setup or do the overclock myself and see if I can't get the vcore even lower. Also anyone else with a 4790k getting good OC'ing results? TIA

The last clock seems alright ish for me but you could try go get that 4,6ghz on 1.3v or even lower if possible what will lower your temps drastically.

Is this on all cores? Is this base clock or boost clock? At 1.32 you really should be getting up to 4.8 boost clock across all cores, at least with a good liquid cooler.

It is on all cores - base clock. I am going to go the manual way and try to get it squared away then the auto overclock did.
