Basically I'm making a new PC and I was wondering if everything will work? I have looked myself but I want other people's opinions to remove any human error when checking the compatibility, thanks.

Why an R7 250X? That's not gonna give you great performance for the money.  The lowest I'd go is the R7 260X.  Also, I'd go with a 500w power supply, as it will perform better.

I think this forum has been very helpful, you just have to be patient. 

Anyways the parts you have listed there are all compatible.
