windows boot flashing

so i booted up my computer like every other day it done the bios screen fine, it done the windows 8.1 boot screen as soon as it got past that all my screens started flashing with lines going down them in different colours so i rebooted and it got to the same part and no rave this time but a black screen and the a Blue screen of death saying VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (atikmpag.sys) so i done a system restore and its fine but this all happened after i installed  NZXT CAM any one no why this would have caused my screens to have a rave and the get the blue screen of death

Probably something wrong with your AMD drivers. Some people saying that removing and installing new drivers solved the issue, so try that.
