What is best price vs features photo organizer software you know? I've been using Picasa till now but it has much more annoying issues than really good features. It's free and thats main positive thing. After Google redo it's image storage system (integrated it with Google+), I don't really need to use Picasa for uploading. Atm I'm testing Zoner Photo Studio. It has good options and decent pricing at $70. My camera is advanced compact Canon Powershot, so no need for RAW features or anything so advanced like Lightroom. Either free or with decent license fee like under $70.

Features I need:

- folder based organizer

- basic tagging or starring

- Color control, Brightness / Contrast, cropping

- Simple effects

- Photo printing support

I was a Picasa user at first but after switching to shooting RAW images, I am now using Adobe Lightroom 4.

I would say you can use Adobe Bridge if you have Adobe CS or Adobe Elements if you don't.

ACDSee was also recommended by Lifehacker.

If not, you can just manually manage the files in individual files.
