I hope you all know windows 7 is still in the era of retarded software.

 

Windows will utilise Cache instead of RAM and is way too precocious about filling the RAM.

It's not even close to being optimized.

 

Manually limiting cache brings either total waste or almost filled RAM.

 

Any available possible fix?

Get a ssd.

Well maybe since your profile states 919GB Seagate HDD 7200RPM as storage I thought you only have a HDD.

 

Windows needs to have the cache (pagefile) for programs to function correctly. It also already uses your ram efficiently even though you don't think so.

Doesn't sound like that's win 7's doing cause I don't have that kinda problem on my install, and have never had that problem.

It could also just be your interpretation. Give us hard statistics to work with. "Almost filled" is subjective and could be 50% or 90% depending on who wrote it.
