What are you going to do with this system?

 

You should get the i7 4790k it's only a couple bucks more and it overclocks much better.

If this is a gaming build, then you should think again many of the choices on the partlist.

I don't understand why you picked that PSU, go with something like the EVGA Supernova 750 G2 or the XFX Pro 750W they are much better units.

Thats a lot of noctua, if you want it for the noctua goodness then It's fine, but if you want decent cooling and quiet operation; Rosewill Hyperboreas, Be Quiet! Pure Wings 2, Cougar Vortex or Artic F12 will be a cheaper option that is going to quietly do the job well.
