Razer Kraken Pros Sound

I have recently purchased a Razer Kraken Pro Headset, it has had perfect sound until now. I tried activating its surround sound and it has made everything sound like trash especially in games. Please Help!!!!!!

Razer stuff is bad. I have the same thing. Been more than 5 months still hurts my ears. I got no tips.

I think i might try uninstalling Razer Synapse and Surround and see if it helps

The surround sound is never any good, I'd recommend returning it if you can and getting headphones + clipon mic or antlion modmic. Also Razer stuff is usually just bad so just avoid them in general.

Just uninstall the surround sound software. I used it on my Kraken Pro's in the past with no problems.

I tried using their surround sound once, and it made everything impossible to hear and just terrible unless I was the the perfect angle. If you want surround get a headset that comes with it.
