This is my build 
Fx-8350 4.0 maybe in the future till 4.2 with a cooler master T4 with 2xfans
Sapphire r9 280x 3gb 
Here is the problem

Because it consumes around 563 watts but not sure if i should buy the Corsair cx600w 80+ bronze

Hmm 600w seems to be a skim of the edge, 650w is better and will last an upgrade or two

600 is pushing it abit, get a 650

600W would be more than enough, but I wouldn't go with a CX600. Not really a good PSU. XFX Core Edition Pro 650W, Cooler Master V650, or Rosewill Capstone-650-M. These are the best PSU's for the money.

Neither is pushing it. You'd be hard pressed to draw more than 500w outside of synthetic benchmarks.
