bio upating question

yeah its stable one xD last question what should i name the file. is it the same process as the 990fx sabertooth r2.0

 

when you download the file it should have a name. keep that one.

so im gonna update my bio which i havnt done since i had it so i was wonder do i go straight to the latest bios or do i install each one inbetween my current bios to the latest one

Dont always go with the latest ones. Go with the more stable ones. Thats what i do in drivers and i dont know if it can be applied to Bios

You don't need to install every step inbetween. Update to the latest bios as long as it's stable.

i've done bios updating before but where would i find out if they are stable or not was gonna go with the latest on of off asus website that is a few days old

It should be written beside the driver name, if you can't see a "beta" tag around the bios file it's probably stable.
