Nvidia 670 dual monitor help

Hades

Ok so im trying to connect ny monitor and tv with my single gtx 670, im using the dvi-d for the monitor and hdmi for the tv.

The problem that im getting is that my tv is blacked out with no signal. When i use dvi to vga for the tv i get signal.

Im woundeeing if this is because the gtx 670 is limited to a single Digital signal at a time. Only possible configurations for this board is:

DVI-D + VGA

or

HDMI

Thanks for the help and time

Doubtful. I have a GTX 680 and hooked up two screens via DVI and a TV via HDMI.

What if you just connect the TV via HDMI? It might just be the cable.

Yeah it could be the cable. Try hooking up just the TV with the HDMI cable and see what happens. Got a spare cable you can use?

It's such a basic, silly thing. That might actually be the solution LOL

That stuff really happens often enough.

right click on desktop --> screen resolution --> multiple displays dropdown box --> extend these displays
