The gigabyte windforce cooler looks absolutely horrifying imo, other than that, it's all good.

for the Air540 case i would go with 3 SP fans in the front and 1 fan of any kind in the back, it will create the best airflow, and for LED fans i would go with Bitfenix Specter pro fans instead of loud Corsair fans :) but if LED isnt important :P i recommend all noctua fans and a LED strip or 2 instead :)

@Rorgash

Yeah i thought about going non LED fans as well, SP for the restriction of the dust filter?

 SP because it will push the air right past GPU and entire motherboard out the back, AF is really not better unless you only have room for 1 fan and you want it to blow air into a much larger area(sideways) SP will also push the air out faster and stronger than AF fans since the pressure is higher :P

My plan is to have the front 3 fans as intake, and the rear as an intake as well, creating positive pressure. Would SP fans still be needed in that scenario?

at least the 2 bottom fans in the front, tho i would recommend having the back as outtake, and while i tend to recommend a good air cooler instead of AiO water with that i would put that one in the top as outtake aswell, creating a fast stream of air going through your case, in which case having the 2 bottom 120mm fans SP would be best so that air hopefully will reach the gpu, as your gpu will be expelling hot air all around it, you want to get rid of that air as fast as possible since it will also be using that hot air it pushes out to then cool itself, a huge flaw IMO :P ref designed cards are smarter ^.^  (and will become unstable from the OC before temps ever become a issue)

But going back to your plan,

Bottom two SP to hopefully clear your GPU from its hot air

Back and Top front as AF to feed your H100 with as much air as possible could be optimal, might even lower the cpu temp with 2-5C :P
