Hello everyone, I recently built a new PC and with it installed an H100i. I downloaded corsair link and made sure everything was properly plugged in. Nothing was showing up about my h100i in corsair link at the beginning then I looked online and saw a lot of people having success by going into the regedit and changes the strings to 0. It worked sort of because now Corsair Link recognizes the H100i Pump and LED but still doesn't show the fans in corsair link. Please help me

Had this problem and Corsair knows about it some systems don't recognize it so I returned my kit.

I don't think the most recent version of the software supports Windows 8.1, you need the beta version for that to work. I don't know if you're indeed using W8.1 though.

Installed my H100i two weeks ago, similar issue. Downloaded the Corsair firmware updated beta 2.6.5214 : here

None of the H100i fans or pump showed until I did the firmware upgrade to 1.0.7: Image

Once I did the firmware update and restarted my PC the pump showed but not the fans. So I tried re-installing the 1.0.7 firmware and restarted for a second time, that seemed to solve my problem. If it is detecting the pump then the corsair Link cable should not be the problem and windows is at least detecting the unit so doing the firmware update should work. I'm using windows 7 not sure if this might be a windows 8.1 problem though.

i had the same problem when i got my h100i a week ago, all i did was download the beta version and everything worked properly, i think there is a compatibility issue with the current version and windows 8.1

here use this instead, hope it helps :)
