New Gaming/Streaming/Rendering Build

Hi , I'm Mayank and I live in India

1. Budget & Location
My buget is around $USD 1800 ( Since i live in india , ave around 100,000 INR ).

I want the best out this build as i'm a multitasker. I Can spend a few more 100 buck for performance matters . I live in india ( mention the third time )

2. Aim
I want the best out this build as i'm a multitasker.I love video rendering and photoshoping but I am an avid GAMER

I play RPG's , FPS , AAA ,etc. I would definetly let FIFA minimised always even while some casual RPG gaming . 

some of the games i would like to play are :-

• Tom Clancy's Phantom
• The Division
• Watch Dogs
• Gta series
• Far cry series
• COD series
• Battlefield series
• Hitman series
• Run some games on emulator such as God OF War Etc.

3. Monitors
Well , as i'm starting this build from scratch , I would love to hav two monitors (not more than that )

FHD monitors .

4. Peripherals
I need all Required Peripherals such as Mouse , Keyboard , Controller ( for fifa ) , Modem , Speakers and a OS . Windows 8.1

5. Why are you upgrading?
I have an ancient Celeron M Laptop with 2.2 GB of DDR ram.

For the modem and controller as well as the speaker, pick anything you like, I personally have a Logitech F510 Controller and it's good, and for speaker any 2.1 channel speaker will do.
Same goes for the monitor, anything with >= 23 inch with 1080p is ok, preferably LG or ASUS for monitor IMO.
For the keyboard and mouse, i just pick Razer base on my own liking, so you can also change to whatever you want
And the pricing in India is kinda high because of the tax, so I'm not sure my build will fit into the 1800$ budget, if it do however and you can spend a few more hundred $, get a GTX 780/R9 290 instead.
