Need help with motherboard selection

Ok so my friend has an fx 8350 , and he doesn´t do much overclocking , but his motherboard dies,so he wants to buy a new one ...

 

He has a budget for the board up to 70€

 

Can you please tell me which is the best one based on processor compatibility,a VERY small overclock,good components,etc...

And yes , my choise would be the Asrock one because i have this motherboard (asrock) that i have been using for 12 years and it didnt even failed on me once!

Asus M5A97 R2.0 because it has stable vrm's and you definitely want those in an AMD build.
