I suggest this build:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor  (£155.94 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: MSI H97 GAMING 3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  (£85.02 @ CCL Computers)
Memory: Team Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  (£54.69 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Crucial MX100 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  (£74.40 @ Aria PC)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Dual-X Video Card  (£200.59 @ Aria PC)
Power Supply: be quiet! 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  (£58.32 @ Scan.co.uk)
Total: £743.91
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Overclocking can already be done on H97 asus boards, so it should be available on MSI boards soon.
I chose the MSI over the top H97 asus board because it has better sound and just overall better quality and looks.
There is also a 256GB SSD :)
280X instead of 280/760, so you are essentially getting gtx 770 performance with more VRAM, so it will last longer (in terms of performance and maxing out games)

Feel free to ask any questions

would for costs saving a 120GB be good enough for OS only? or it will be not good enough?

You yourself suggested 2 builds which are more expensive than this one. Games are becoming bigger so i suggest you stick with the 256GB variant.
