No I'm at school, but I don't think that would be the reason

in my school i cant login so i dont have permission to reply to stuff

I looked at it again and where it says it is supposed to be in a section it just says "in" rather than "in general discussion" or "in 'x'"

it was reported as in the wrong subforum, but already has a report from the Tech News & Reviews subforum of

Tech News and Reviews posted in the General Discussion are posted improperly and if the thread already exists

it is removed from the forum or merged into other topic (depending on participation of that thread. in your case it

was removed and commented as a repost of similar/same topic/subject.
