Unidentified program in Windows 8 startup listed as "Program"

I am concerned that I have a program named "Program" in my Windows 8 startup list from the startup tab in Task Manager.  It says impact not measured.   How can I determine what this is.  I have Norton Internet Security and ran Malware Bytes which did not turn up anything.

Thanks in advance.

I really wish that we'd just make organic hardware already, that grows and adapts to the demands it needs to meet. That way, grannies' computers can be floppy sacks of organicness and the 12 year old Minecrafters will look like the guys that only do bicep curls, and the nerdy programmers will finally have justice, with their body-builder rigs that skipped leg day.

Thank you all.  I have had a recent issue with losing my internet connection with no explanation.  I did s system restore today to eliminate the issue of a possible virus changing DNS or something else and am checking the registry for anything suspicious.  I kept getting the issue despite changing my router.  My ISP states there have been no connection issues with my modem and they did an overhaul connection correction at my apartment.

So far I have not had any additional connection issues.  Watch out.  If you keep getting disconnected from the internet check to see if it may be a virus changing your DNS server.  I had also gotten the error that the "connection to the server has been reset."
