i have recently been messing around with the settings in the bios and changing voltages, clock speeds and cache ratios + more. I have also disabled turbo so my 4770k only runs at 3.5ghz and when i play games like bf4 my cpu temps go up to anywhere from 59-64 C and i idle on 34C this seems really bad for an under clocked 4770k??

I have an asus z87 board an i am wondering if there is a way in the bios to reset all of the "AI Tweakers" that i have done for the ram and processor. However i am hesitant to click the reset to default button incase it resets "RAID's" and/or deletes all of my storage on my PC or if it deletes windows. all i want to do is get get my processor and ram back to stock.

My PC: CPU: i7 4770K @ 4.2 Ghz MoBo: ASUS Z97-ATX SLI RAM: 8GB (2x4) 2400Mhz GPU: Palit Jetstream 780 TI Memory:1TB Seagate + 120Gb Kingston SSD  PSU: Corsair RM 850W Gold Monitor iiyama 27" 144hz Monitor CPU Cooler Corsair H100i

Did you enable RAID for the SATA if so then your kinda screwed  otherwise go into the BIOS and just reset the BIOS
