5850 low fps

My 4850 died earlier and I got a free 5850 from my freind. Same components and I reinstalled windows because I wanted to (nuthing to to about the gpu). And I try to play my games and I can't bo2 gets 15-30 fps on LOW everything and bf3 gets like 5! Battlefield Hardline Beta gets 7 WTF is wrong. My 4850 could run each of these games at 60 fps. Help (drivers are the most updated)

I would recommend going into the graphics settings, then enabling usage.

Ram: 16 gigs hyper x

GPU: Amd radion 5850

CPU: I-4570k (3.4 ghz)

HHD: wd 1tb black 

ssd: intel 80 gig

Windows 8.1 64 bit

I'd try to OC it, as well try paying the games at full resolution with higher then low settings, oddly enough this made things preform better for me.

Budget, my parents woudn't let me spend over 1000, if it was me then I would get a high end one.

No need for 16Gb of RAM and an SSD when you have a shitty GPU.
